"Our family occasionally visit this place - I wish the staffs are more friendly. There is always a tall guy with low voice and staring at us coming in and picking up the bread which make us uncomfortable. No smiles and feel like we were watched the whole entire time. Not sure if it is a family business, but he is always there - the atmosphere is so heavy and dark with very limited choice of bread."

"Bakery items and beverages were very good. The service was also very kind and efficient. Facility is spacious and wide, and the overall environment is very good. They also have a new item!! The snow bingsu is by far the best one I've had! The time and care they take into preparing it is so well thought out!! I got the strawberry bingsu and it comes with strawberry powder, mini rice cakes, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla ice cream and FRESH strawberries!! The bingsu is big enough to share with 4 people!"
