The staff at this location are wonderful and always so happy to be serving you. Tanner is so bubbly and kind and I always leave with a smile when I drive off! She made my morning today."

"I am normally an Ellianos person, but Red Owl is convenient on the way to work. If I stop, I typically only get a Golden Owl Frappe, which is actually pretty good. Recently, I decided to get a regular breakfast in a cup, and it was fine the FIRST time. I ordered a few breakfast in a cup for me and my coworkers a few days later and was left very disappointed. The cups were less than half filled. Maybe a scoop of grits and the toppings. If they were out of product, they should have said so and given me my money back. Instead, they chose to allow me to go through with the purchase. I also asked for butter, and the lid was not on well, so it poured out in the bag. Maybe it was an off day because my frappe seemed more runny than normal. I know the place is quite busy in the morning, but you can't sacrifice quality for quantity."
