"For the last few years that I’ve been buying shakes and milktea, I’ve completed stamps and stamps to claim the free drink you get after buying $5 more every time. Today, I completed a stamp card and the young ladies who processed my order didn’t want me to claim it. They said it’s for another day. It is not logical to have customers go back when they can give it on the same day like what the owners and the older lady did for the last years. Since they were insisting that we couldn’t claim it on that same order, we moved on. The highlight of it all? The Ube Shake we ordered was juiced not shake. The lady who wore glasses already looked that she did something when she handed over the drink but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Once we tasted it right outside the entrance of the store, we confirmed that it was indeed JUICED and not shake. We went back inside and told them it was JUICED and not shake. The two ladies gave us the look when we returned it and said things in a different language. After returning the juiced Ube. The younger lady put more ice in it without any sweetener as per the other lady’s instruction. When we got the order the Ube shake was full to the brim but was tasteless. We returned it after tasting and asked for a refund instead. I was so frustrated and shaking. The ladies treated us with disrespect. I understand that respect is earned but you dont get to disrespect people either. UPDATE: The Manager called me. She was really nice and understanding about my disappointment. Im not mad at anyone. I appreciate the call and the explanation. She also said THAT A CUSTOMER CAN CLAIM THE FREE DRINK AFTER COMPLETING THE STAMPS. She mentioned that the ladies decided on their own and that she told them that, “If you’re not sure on what to do, call me.” I informed the Manager to check the CCTV to confirm my experience. They will see that it was an Ube Juice because the lady with the glasses just transferred the juice to a blender and added ice. I didn’t get the chance to take pictures of the drink as I was so disappointed and only wanted it redone in the first place. But the second chance to redeem their mistake just added to the disappointment."

"One of the best milk tea with boba(momi) in the world. I usually go to this Coffee or Tea at Mccully shopping center but I never knew it was here at Pearl Kai. I was so glad to happen to find this store!"
