from Google"It was such a pleasure to visit this brand new, clean and bright coffee stand. The auntie who served me was a delight. I got the "Espresso/Mocha Javaccino" which was better than a Starbucks Frappaccino! The robust espresso flavor was perfectly complimented by the rich chocolate sauce. It was a high quality beverage and perfectly executed for only $6. I highly recommend you get your caffeine here, you won't be disappointed!"
"The kindest service and the only coffee shop in Volcano NP! Was so grateful they were open at 6 so I could grab a cup a joe after camping in wet conditions. It's tucked in at a little arcade at the military camp in the 3rd row of buildings directly behind the visitors center"
"Just FYI - this little spot is inside Volcano National Park. It really is just a little stand, tucked into an arcade/recreational room in the Kilauea Military Camp area. Grateful for the coffee since there's nothing else in Volcano Village by way of coffee shops! Pastries are all pre-packaged and brought in (so not baked fresh)."
"Java Cafe is unlike any other special coffee spots! If you're in the Volcanoes national park it's definitely worth stopping for. Diana was fun and so friendly. They have a wide variety of great coffees and pastries, but to my surprise they also had little bottles of rums and cordials too! I chose a shot of chocolate rum to boost my coffee experience. Yum!"
"It’s a good little coffee stand. It’s in the KMC which is a working military vacation facility of some sort but the coffee shop is open to everyone. It’s two buildings behind the visitor welcome center. In the recreation building. Starbucks beans. The pastries are very good and served toasted."
