"We made the drive to Hilo Iced Coffee from where we were staying — about half an hour away — even though there were plenty of coffee shops nearby. Totally worth it! I got the mocha ube latte and it was so good. I asked for it a little sweeter (because I love me some sweet coffee), and they nailed it — chef’s kiss! Friendly staff, great drinks, and such a chill vibe. Definitely a spot I’d go out of my way for again."

"It may be a food truck, but trust me, these folks take coffee culture to a level that makes Starbucks seem like kindergarten. My only complaint: how do you decide what to order when you literally want to try everything on the menu? Orange blossom or Black sesame latte? Thai iced tea (made with coconut milk) or Lilikoi Cheesecake frappucino? I finally went with the Vietnamese iced coffee. Never had it before, but knew that it would be crafted competently here. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the BEST espresso beverage I have ever tasted! Super bold espresso flavor tempered with exactly the right amount of sweetness and cream! Five stars is not enough for this business. I will definitely be a customer for life!"
