"Terrible service. The woman who was serving us was rude to us and in this video she is yelling at another employee. This is not how you enjoy a vacation with this attitude. Management please do something about her. Thank you."

"Have to go “outside” Hanauma Bay in order to get to snack bar. Lady taking orders was exceptional. Selectional was basically kids fast food. Prices were not terrible. Chicken strips/fries, cheeseburger, grilled cheese were all made to order and came out hot and well packaged. Kids were happy to get hot food and not just snacks. Prepare to wait while they make your food. It can get busy."

"Just a grab and go place- $9.50 for fries!! Half of their menu otherwise was sold out. Drink selection was decent but not for price. The fries were at least crispy for their price but never again for just a snack"
