"The breakfast and coffee here are so delicious. The staff are really sweet and they always make my order right away. Last time I came I got the breakfast skillet and it came out so hot and delicious, all the ingredients were really fresh. My coffee was nice and strong too. Highly recommend!"

"On holiday here with my family. We came to this food court area for a late lunch. Everyone went to order food from different places and I just wanted an iced coffee. I walked up to the cash register of this shop and waited. There were two people behind the counter and no other customers waiting. They noticed me but basically ignored me. I thought maybe they were busy making another order but they were casually working and chatting. I waited a few more minutes but I started to feel silly standing there waiting and being ignored. I was really surprised because everyone else in Hawaii has been so nice and great customer service. Really disappointing."
