"This is the sixth coffee place that I've reviewed at Ala Moana. Honestly, it's my second least favorite. It is on the corner of the food court. So don't expect to find a place to sit on a Saturday or Sunday. Plan to walk with your coffee. The drinks were just an average cup of coffee. Nothing worthy of noting. I'll say it, get you coffee somewhere else."

"1/2026 I wanted to take a moment to hilight one of your employees at this location. When I visited on NY Eve, Shezelle was fast, friendly, courteous with a smile. I chatted with her and it made a nice impression on the Holiday Eve. I then went back a couple days later and while standing in line she was assisting an elderly man who obviously was challenged. He had a very difficult time communicating and was prepared to assist her in helping the man but I couldn't quite understand what he was asking either. After what seemed like forever with a long line forming behind me she continued to try her absolute best to assist him to no avail. She did get him his coffee but had a difficult time understanding how to pay with his phone or credit card even with her detailed explanation. She then weighed the moment and let the gentleman go. He still didn't quit understand due to his age and language barrier but he eventually moved on. As I stepped up I quickly commended her in her patience and perseverance in trying to assist a kupuna. She had all my admiration and I gladly offered to pay for his coffee. She said thank you but it wasn't necessary but I didn't mind. I today's world you definitely don't see thus kind of caring service anymore but I'm glad it still exists at your store at this location. Bravo! I will always be back and I hope she's working but all of your staff here is consistently friendly. Majes my blended mocha taste tgat much better and puts a skip in customer's steps. 😊😉🤙✌️ 5/2025 Still the location I frequent the most. The staff is young but always quick, friendly and training others. The blended mocha is my go-to and blows out SB's frappucino any day of the week and twice on Sunday! Convenient location, too. It's why I prefer Coffee Bean's over the other guys. Had my usual blended Mocha, no whip. One thing I would change are the floor guards on the chairs. They make a horrid sound when moved. Im guessing it's not CB's furniture, though. 😉🤙✌️"

"We bought a ham and cheese croissant sandwich at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf inside Foodland Farms at Ala Moana. The croissant was soft and the sandwich was very delicious. Since it was before 9 a.m., there were very few places open for breakfast, so it was very helpful.😊"
