from Google & Yelp"This review is long due. Wanted to gatekeep this amazing cafe. It's actually inside Ala Moana Hotel, right before you get to the hotel gym. The cafe/bar was unassuming. I walked in for early breakfast. I was the only patron. Was greeted warmly and decided on Avacado Toast (dine in) and an Acai Bowl(to go) Omg..the avacado toast was probably one of the best with the warm sourdough bread. It's the warm and cold, the crust that's crunchy with the avacado mush...it was flavorful and satisfying. I bought the Acai Bowl for later and it was also beyond. The fruits are fresh and perfect match with the granola and honey. That combo made my day."
"I came here twice during my stay at the Alamona Hotel. The ACAI BOWL is fresh fruit banana, berries, granola, nalo honey. It became a source of energy for the morning. I also had a dinner for JUMBO SHRIMP LINGUINE: Creamy tomato, toasted breadcrumb. All dishes feature locally made pasta from Onda Pasta in Kaimuki. The pasta is freshly made, hot, and has a lot of jumbo shrimp in it. However, there are shrimp shells, so eat carefully. The lady at the store greet me with smiles. The store was quite empty, so I was able to sit wherever I wanted, which was nice."
"Their signature drink: Fushion Maple Latte with notes like nutty almost similar to toasted marshmallows taste bomb. Also tried their savory breakfast: Avocado Toast, really broke da mouth and mopped it minutes. Our barista, Rando is a super cool brah and made the experience a wonderful one. Definitely coming back for more."
"Stumbled across this small cafe while we were waiting for the parade. Amazing service. Girls were so friendly and made lovely recommendations. I had the almond milk matcha blueberry iced late, and my husband had the salted mochi iced coffee. Food was great too and amazing portions"
"Loved this new cafe located in historic Kaimuki! Had our Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee there today and they put together come tables to accommodate our group. I had their multigrain (couscous) salad, which was fresh, full of veggies and the portion was satisfying. I also had a mango scone, which was a good end to my meal. The service was excellent and the water pitcher was replenished without being asked. I highly recommend stopping in for coffee, breakfast or lunch."
