from Google & Yelp"Aroma Caffe is a convenient and quaint café located at Ilikai. Due to the convenience of the location, we have visited them twice for breakfast. They get pretty busy, but they move quickly. The menu is limited, and they are unable to do any substitutions. My husband is a fan of the açaí bowls and the blueberry muffins, and I've stuck to the bagels. The first time I had the bacon bagel, but I removed the bacon and second time, I had the everything bagel with cream cheese. I've also tried their iced coffees, and they are enjoyable. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick breakfast. There is available seating outside and limited seating inside. If you're looking for something quick and convenient, this is a good option."
"We went early on a Saturday morning because it was one of the few places open at 6am. We were NOT disappointed. I had a tropical acai bowl that was absolutely delicious and a mango Italian soda. The Italian soda was nothing special. My companion had the turkey pesto sandwich and it was so good! And a banana mocha that he raved about. We also go the guava bread and pineapple coconut bread. I would definitely come back here!"
"Good food but a little pricy, I got the bacon bagel ( everything bagel with spicy mustard bacon cheese and eggs) and it was 12.85$. And a small hot coco for 4.25$. My husband got a red bull infusion for 6.95$ and the French toast berries for 17.65$. They were a little hard to find but otherwise a cute place to eat right near the ocean and harbor . They sold ground coffee, stickers and other cute little items as well. Also there are waterfalls right next to the eating spots which is really cute . There was quite a line as well at 8:00 am so maybe get there earlier and expect a wait. All and all a good place to eat"
"I just ordered three coffees and an acai bowl, but the cashier who took my order was talking to another staff member while I was ordering, which was unprofessional. She showed no sign of apology when I still do ordering and was very rude and aggressive in her attitude. When I asked about the difference between an Americano and a Café Filtro, her tone and gestures were unpleasant and gave a bad impression of this place. The Americano also had a very strong burnt taste Almond latte is tasty. When I asked if I could get a paper cup so my parents could share their coffee, she charged me $1 but did so in a very unfriendly and aggressive manner. It was very uncomfortable to see your staff being so aggressive and rude to customers, especially while serving guests in such a limited and exclusive area at the Ilikai Hotel. Her behavior left me with such a negative impression that, even if the coffee tasted good, I wouldn’t want to come back. Proper customer service training seems necessary."
"Great girls that work here, friendly and fast! Good coffee and no up charges for non-dairy. Acai bowl spot on."
"This place is just darling! It's a little hard to find being in a hotel, but once we entered we were hit with a sense of Aloha. The team was kind and..."
