"This is a very busy coffee spot. The food and drinks are consistently overall good and so is the service. There is wifi and outlets but hard to find seating for it most times. There is, limited by time, parking close by in the building by or extended options in adjacent lots."

"All the tables were taken by remote workers, so we sat outside under the sun. The cold brewed Hawaiian coffee was acceptable. I asked the young lady if they use the same K’au coffee in our coffees that they sell at the store, but she could not give me a clear answer. We thought this place was popular because of its coffees, unfortunately it was popular for those needing WiFi and A/C."

"I had a disappointing experience. I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie, and to my surprise, the people who arrived after me were served first. I’m not sure what the reason for the delay was, but it was frustrating. To make matters worse, the server didn’t even apologize for the wait. Also the smoothie was not blended properly. I hope they can improve their service in the future."

"Came here today (ward village location) around 12:30 and the two girls working in the front (both brown curly hair and had their hair down -unsanitary!)were both extremely rude. Ive never felt the need to leave a review on any restaurant or cafe but I believe management needs to know that the customer service is not customer servicing. Girl did not even say “hello” or “what can I get for you” she just stared at me until I ordered and then after just went right back to making judgey remarks with the other girl"
