"The Coffee-To-Go only store on Kapahulu Ave. serves a simple menu with their quality coffee & food. I expected more maca nut flavor from the Kai Latte, but I got it iced. If there is only one person working it can become quite slow and you’re left standing on the sidewalk on a very busy roadway. The store serves good quality products, but it’d be nice to sit somewhere, especially in Kapahulu where there aren’t any good sit-down coffee options nearby."

"Having a roasting operation in the family, we were excited to find this operation and decided to stop by for a visit. We often enjoy having a conversation with others in the same business, see how they do things, compare notes, etc. Basically this is a hole in a wall, with overpriced coffee served in paper cups passed to you out a window, where you pretty much have to consume your purchase out on the sidewalk. Then they have the chutzpah to ask for tips. When we asked if we could take a look inside, it was a hard no. Nothing redeeming or interesting about this place, even Starbucks would be a better option."

"While the staff is super nice here, the product is not. The banana bread is super dry, overly sugary, and overpriced for the quality. They also told me they can’t heat it up but have a huge facility, so why no toaster? The matcha I ordered was essentially coconut milk with a hint of matcha flavor, but felt like I just ordered a cup of cold coconut milk- but I didn’t want to waste the $13 so I still drank my milk and ate my dessert. Second time I’ve tried this place and last time was also disappointing. Won’t try a third time."

"Absolutely delicious coffee, and the baked goods aren’t bad either. However, the lack of sitting space for such a large storefront was a shock to me and having to wait on a busy sidewalk definitely detracts. If there was sitting space this would be 5/5 stars and I would recommend to everybody, but without the sitting space I probably will not be coming back."
