"Normally I love NIU because their ice cream is super yummy, but yesterday I think I was overcharged with a very little amount of toppings that I added to a shake. When I came back to ask if I could get some more topping, she charged me again for the smallest cup. $12 is not a lot for their normal price, but I just kinda felt like the employee was not very friendly (or maybe just towards me.) If they were busy I would understand, but when I came the place was empty with no other customers. I did not want to leave a bad review, but did not know how else I could give them feedbacks. I’ve never left a “sweet treats” place feeling not welcomed so it was just a disappointing experience. 3 stars is because all the other visits were nice 😊"

"This was a perfect treat to a hot Sunday afternoon. I has the liliko’i one and my mom had the hot kulolo sunday. It was very good. It had mochi on it and the hot kulolo was very good. Servers were very nice and friendly as well."

"Visited last month for the first time and my TIP would be to get a combination of flavors! I got Niu (Coconut) and Ube with Hot Kulolo! Absolutely loved that it is Non-Dairy and my next visit I will try more toppings. Very delicious and I will be back!! Located at 2320 South King St. Honolulu, HI 96826 - In Old Stadium Mall - By L&L Hawaiian BBQ and Kozo Sushi. The cool thing about this shopping center are the options for food and entertainment (Favorite combo is Food+ Clawsters + Niu)"
