"Used to be an amazing ice cream store with funky flavors. Now mostly standard flavors. Matcha ice barely has any green tea taste. Quite disappointing. Hope they will get back to the same level they used to be."

"The staff was very friendly and informational I was greeted once I walked in the door and let known I could sample two of the flavors. I instantly gravitated towards the yuzu lemon and also altered the vegan mountain apple sorbet. The staff let me know someone brought in a bunch of local mountain apple that they used in the recipe. I am not big on dessert or sweet things but this place hit the spot!"

"We came by here after dinner with a big group of 13. The AC inside was pretty bad, it honestly felt like it wasn’t even on, so we ended up eating our gelato outside. At least the gelato itself was really good! I got the Oreo cookies and cream and the texture was nice and creamy, which I really enjoyed. As for the service, that’s a completely different story. I understand handling a big group can be tough, but what happened here was unnecessary. One of the scoopers mentioned 4–5 times that there was a two-sample maximum, which was fine by me. I got one sample, stepped aside to let my girlfriend try hers, and when I came back for my second (and last) sample, he hit me with “isn’t this your 3rd sample?” First of all, who cares if it was—those samples are like 10 cents worth at most 🤣. Second, we had a group of 13 people, which is a lot of business for one stop. A small thing like that shouldn’t be made into such a big deal. Thanks to that service, they ended up losing 13 future customers."

"I stumbled upon this amazing gelato place in Kaimuki! The flavors are so authentic, like Lycee, Haupia, and Matcha. And the prices are reasonable too. The ambiance is super cozy and inviting, it feels like a cute little coffee shop in Seoul, Korea! Also, reminds me of the Bubbies Ice cream shop in Manoa! I highly recommend you give this local ice cream shop a try! I definitely will return!"
