"During our PCS to Hawaii, we ate here almost every morning. Probably the best breakfast on base and at a reasonable price point. The view is fantastic as well, with outdoor seating on the harbor entrance. Depending on what day you go, you may see ships or submarines transmitting the channel. Favorite order is steak and eggs. Even with recent inflation, it's less than 15 bucks. Chef in the kitchen knows how to cook."

"Got breakfast twice. The first time one of the waitresses was singing oldies it was so much fun, and we got to see two submarines one leaving and one coming in. Great atmosphere nice surroundings. After breakfast we went for a walk on the path right outside the restaurant. That was fun too."

"After running past this place numerous times for a couple years now, we finally made it here for brunch. Lots of delicious breakfast and lunch foods to choose from. (There are also dinner choices but we only did brunch.) The food was excellent, the prices were more than fair and the outside seating gave a great view of Pearl Harbor and the surrounding mountains. Between the four of us, our bill was $36, very reasonable given the food and location! While there, we saw a Navy ship returning home and the ship came right past the café. There is rooftop seating that is utilized for pau hana on Fridays. Did not go there for that but we're trying to get back for that at a later date. Service was prompt, food was great and the view was better! We will be going back soon! Update as of 11JAN25: No major changes. Food still good, service still prompt. Try the SOS. No major changes as of 15AUG25. There is a $1 up charge for eggs. Food still great. Try the SOS."

"I've been here once for breakfast and today was for lunch. The food is decent. Nothing special but the price is very fair. Two meals and chicken tenders for the toddler came out to $32. I liked the cuban panini, my husband got a mushroom swiss burger and it was falling apart as he was eating it. I like coming here mostly for the location. It's nice to take a walk along the water afterwards and there's also a playground close by."

"A great place to grab breakfast and lunch during the work week when you are on Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam. Rotating daily specials, burgers, helpful staff and a great outdoor deck offers a great experience. Get there before 12:45 if you want to catch lunch though, they close promptly at 1300 hrs / 1:00 pm."
