"We love coming here! Frost Kailua is always a great spot for a sweet treat! They have an awesome variety of frozen yogurt flavors and a wide selection of toppings—something for everyone. On our most recent visit, I was especially impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff member on duty was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was constantly restocking, cleaning, and even mopping to make sure the space was welcoming and safe. What stood out most was how he kindly opened the door for me as I was leaving with my nursing baby. That extra bit of care really meant a lot. I truly appreciate his hard work and hope he gets the recognition he deserves! I’m not 100% sure on his name, it may be Scotty. But if the owner sees this- he’s pictured in the background ."

"Got there at 1:30 pm on a Monday in December. There weren't many customers so service was fast and friendly. If we had purchased our yogurt between 2 - 4 pm we would have gotten a 50% off the second purchase. We found free parking right in front of entrance. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Areas for children to hangout and watch TV. There was a restroom too."
