"I am so unimpressed with the service, coffee, and quality. If I wanted mostly ice I would go to the local grocery store right there and buy a bag for $5 instead... I paid $6 for this half full cup of sickly sweet nonsense. They stopped brewing actual coffee at 8am they said. Their espresso is all dark roast. I decided to go for the vanilla cream cold brew and they said it would be a little less full and gestured an inch. I was like ok that's fine. This is not an inch. I paid for the coffee why wouldn't you just fill it. Anyways, this is why Starbucks dominates. I don't like business models that are clearly just to generate profit without quality and that is this place. Here's a picture of coffee made with no love included from the barista. What trash."

"For the first time I went here today and had a really yummy oat milk flat white. The service was excellent as was the coffee. The price however for a medium coffee was way too lunch indeed one of the most expensive in the world for anything relative. Just saying!"

"Usually the service counter is clean where the coffee is picked up. Today June 8 (Sunday) Kapolei Coffee Bean in Foodland (2) girls were very chatty they could have cleaned the tables and filled the napkins which were out and wipe counters!! The young man was busy filling coffee orders and cleaning! They need better teamwork from the girls!"
