"10/10 for me. Cafe mambo is one of my most favorite places to have dinner. Really good atmosphere and the menu is very satisfying. We had the beet salad, broccolini, half chicken, venison bolognese, burrata with sourdough, and tomato salad. I enjoyed everything so much. I will be back!"

"We ended up here because the restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed for the day due to a water main break. ATMOSPHERE: It's a nonchalant open air older restaurant. The only view is of Baldwin Avenue and people walking by. MENU: Salads, burgers, American entrees, and fajitas. BEVERAGE: Strawberry Daiquiri Very refreshing, nice thickness and not overly sweet. FOOD: Nachos We added kalua pork to the mix. The chips were mainstream but good, and came topped with black beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese. The kalua pork had a BBQ flavor and was too sweet, which is a total turn off to me. The black beans could've been eliminated as they had a weird, ocean/salty taste that reminded me of opihi (limpets) lol. Pass on this. SERVICE: Our female server was very friendly and professional. OVERALL: Good prices. Some of the other dishes on the menu sound tasty, but I won't be back to try them as nothing really stands out."

"Had pasta for dinner here. My partner ordered the lemon pasta and I the pesto, both dishes were wonderful. Good flavor, pasta wasn't over cooked, it was served hot and the portions were sizeable. The atmosphere was wonderful, really chill but classy vibe. Service was also good. Would highly recommend!"

"Definitely Paia has certain constraints in terms of bathroom availability, parking, etc. This restaurant has a space and open air feeling that many of the little restaurants don’t have on that street. The vibe is so clean and airy. The service is very good and the food tastes simple yet delicious. It’s a great relaxing lunch atmosphere and the music was great, too! I didn’t get photos of most of my food because we ate it and then remembered a review. The BBLT was bomb! ❤️"

"Post-church brunch on a Sunday morning was delightful and nourishing! I love when I can find a high protein meal rather than just the usual “breakfast” foods that are high sugar. We enjoyed the breakfast burrito and the sweet potato bowl with salmon and a chai latte. Next time I want to try the strawberry matcha, but they were out of matcha when we came in. It’s a nice environment fresh air coming through."
