"This is a traditional Coffee Bean shop. Great service – the product was wonderful. The only reason for four stars is because it’s inside of a grocery store and there was no place to sit."

"Two bad experiences. First visit on 4/21/21 at 9am the cashier rung in my order incorrectly. When the gal making the order called out soy latte, I kindly smiled and said I ordered almond milk. I watch her remake it and remind her to add the sugar free vanilla. The cashier loudly responds "you didn't say that"! I've been ordering the same coffee order for years, I know what I ordered. The gal making the drink, was kind and said no prob, I'll add it in. My one star is for the cashier's attitude (overheard her complaining how she couldn't wait to leave and get off work) and her very poor customer service. Second experience on 4/24. Hours are 6:30am to 4pm. We arrived at 9:10 am and it was closed. There was one lady behind the counter, and she said they were closed because she didn't have any staff and was busy with paperwork. Super frustrating since it's literally the only coffee place in Princeville that's open this early."

"Rush during the morning hours as its located inside a super market. Could have 2 staffs making those coffees. The lady took 20 mins to make 2 coffee and I was third on line.. I stood in line about an hour with 2 people ahead of me… Coffee taste great though.. can put more staff in this location.. They have cute hawaii merchandise too like mugs, bottles and flasks. Stars only for service For coffee and merchandise I would give it 5"

"Great Chai tea and mango iced tea! However the staff’s attitudes were a bit poor and I stood there for about 5-10 minutes waiting for them to finish talking about personal affairs before they decided to even take my order. I’d still go back considering how good the drinks were! Just make sure you’ve got the time and patience"

"Love this place. We walked here everyday on vacation. The coffee is delicious and the ladies working there are sweet and kind and make excellent drinks. We will miss our morning coffee run and the staff here. This place gets super busy so be patient."
