"Decent boba tea but terrible customer service. My wife and I stopped by one afternoon and it was slow. We were the only customers in the store the whole time. We were sitting at the bar drinking our teas and a staff person came up to us and said they have a seating limit of 15 minutes for their customers (and we had been sitting for 15 minutes I guess) so now we had to leave. The store was empty. We were the only customers and there are enough seats for at least 10 people. Why couldn't this guy just let us sit their in peace minding our own business and finish our drinks?! It was totally unnecessary to come over and tell us to leave after we purchased our teas and left a tip too. I will definitely never return here. I "hope" it was worth losing our business and earning a bad review."

"The açaí base is very good and thick, best in town. However, the topings are extremely limited. Pay for extra toppings and get barely any. Not worth it in my opinion."

"Extremely disappointing and rude. I came in to relax and enjoy a coffee while waiting for my car inspection. Wanted a place to stay cool and not burn in the sun. After 15 minutes they kicked me out per their 15 minute policy. I have not even finished half of my coffee and nobody was in there but me. I asked if I could stay a little longer since they have no customers. I was considering ordering food when I finished my coffee, but they said because of could they could only have people for 15 minutes. I didn't even need a coffee! I only bought it to escape the sun and relax. The coffee was good but I will not be back. Terribly rude and confusing."
