"We walked in and were not greeted. There was no line. They seemed to be very focused on serving the drive-in window. No one would even look at us. They ignored us for 10 minutes, so we left."

"I went to this drive up window for fresh coffee this morning and after waiting in line for over 30 minutes when I finally got to the window, she said she would not take my order. I was supposed to have left my order at the menu further Back, but there was no sign. This was my first time there she was very angry at me and I asked her very nicely if she could just give me two coffees and finally she did, but she grumbled a lot and said her boss would not let her and she should turn me away. So although I would’ve liked to make a nice breakfast order apparently I was very lucky to get two small coffees from her after over 30 minute wait in line"

"Not really a coffee drinker, but love their cold drinks and food items! I like their baristas.I appreciate the hard, multitasking work it takes (especially with staff shortages) and because I know I’m about to get something really ono and because I am too lazy to make these drink and food items myself so I have no reason to complain about this convenience. I mean it’s a small coffee shop with a convenient drive-thru on an island 🏝"
