"Giving this 3 stars bc the staff was great but I urge you all to be a little bit more transparent about gift cards/certificates. I had a $5 gift card/credit. I went to use it to get a tea bag that costed $1.35 so I used the gift card thinking i’d be able to use it again. The barista took the card from me and told me that it’s only valid for up to $5 off. Had I known that before I purchased the tea bag and she took the card I would have gotten $5 in tea bags. This is where the transparency comes in—please let people know this before they waste a $5 gift card/credit that they didn’t get to use on a $1.35 single use tea bag. The drinks are expensive and I don’t think that this is too much to ask at all."
