"Terrible service. I ordered a pick up at 12:30 quoted a 12:50 pick up time. I got there at 1:05 to give some time. Stood at the front counter for ten minutes before anyone even can out. They had not even started my order yet and seemed confused I was there to pick anything up. Than they put it in the smaller box and set warm donuts and toppings on top of each other. Not worth it don’t come here"

"Visited Orange Leaf and was over joyed with the excellent free donut sample! Arrived later that week to buy a couple dozen for my work. Sat at the store until 7:10.... A lady finally showed up but was busy on her phone and didn’t seem to care that I was waiting. Took a few more minutes to turn the lights on, in disbelief I left. Published business open time is 7AM. Very disappointing!"

"Delicious donuts. Their hours need better consistency. Often I go to order on the app (which I really like their app) but says they're not accepting orders at various times, usually between 9 & 10 a.m. I love biting into their freshly made maple iced...it's my favorite! They are very respectful when I order plain donuts for my diabetic husband, they even put his order in a box by themselves...very thoughtful. This place is delicious. They just need better, more consistent hours."
