"This shop has a lot of cute items and snacks that you can't get really anywhere else in Ames! Mochi, different flavors of chips, different types of Ramen, etc. It's also very cute inside. However, the main reason I would go here is for it's Boba. And I just felt like it wasn't that great. My wife and I both got a different Boba flavor and they both had weird tastes to them. The Tapioca Pearls were also a little too soft and not at all chewy, which added to the weirdness. If you're shopping for cute snacks this place is great, but if you want Boba then it's always worth to go to 1+1 just a few blocks away"

"The happy family bubble tea is a solid 4 stars: the toppings were on the light side, and black tea could be stronger. Service was 5 stars with sharp and friendly cashier and quick turnaround on the drink. I also really like the tiny Asian grocery shelves in the shop. Selections were brilliant and prices were competitive. Overall, an excellent experience."
