"Love this place and their drinks! Lotus has completely replaced Starbucks and Dunkin for me—I actually prefer it now. My go-to is trying all the new drinks on their menu with light ice and cold foam, though I do return to my favorites. The owners and employees are always friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure. That said, the prices are pretty steep, so it’s not something I indulge in every day unfortunately—my boyfriend ends up buying it for me more often than I do! I also don’t love being charged 25 cents for light ice? Who wants a watered-down drink? And the plastic cups could definitely be sturdier; they’re flimsy and prone to leaking, which can get messy. Despite those few downsides, I have far more pros than cons. The drinks are delicious, the service is excellent, and Lotus has quickly become my new caffeine obsession. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Tried this place for the first time and it was spectacular. The customer service from both people was exemplary. Patient and helpful with questions about the menu. Building looks clean and well maintained. And of course my drink was phenomenal! I got the strawberry shortcake and it was delicious. Highly recommend trying this new business!"

I ordered a medium iced Apple Crisp latte and it was delicious, as well as larger than many other coffee shops ‘mediums’ out there. I highly recommend this place!!"
