"The PrairieBistro cafe was actually a surprisingly good experience! Like a corner dinner from days gone by tucked into the corner of an airport. The fried pickles and fries with my food we're both well cooked, crispy without being soggy. Fries well spiced without going overboard. Hamburger was excellent. I don't use these terms lightly, I really didn't expect much from what appears to be an airport dive, and the only place here, but it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The setup tries perhaps to be too many things - diner, bar, and coffee location - yet as the only hot food location before security in a regional airport, it handles each of these needs competently. When flights com and go, the ebb and flow can reduce service give the staffing is pretty static, so make sure you have time when you sit down."
