"Finally a resturant with healthy choices and the 3 young adults working were very friendly and helpful even putting the final minutes of the Hawkeye game on his phone for us to watch. We ordered a teriyaki bowl and a Baja wrap. With Sweat Tart energy infusion drinks. They assembled the wrap and bowl while we watched. The food was filled with fresh ingredients and wow the tastes were very refreshing. The entire dining experience was perfect. Not a lot of places to sit. Big section of vitamins and supplements as well."

Today there was a very knowledgeable young man that helped me get the new stack wellness cafe app uploaded onto my phone and working. Every time I go in the place is very clean. They have a very large protein powder selection. They have an excellent red velvet shake during Valentine's season which I wish they'd bring all year round. It's really good"
