My 1st time visiting there and checked the google reviews and saw some bad reviews about this place before I visited but the store seems clean and service was quick too although there were 5 people a head of me. I’ve tried lots of boba teas in Taiwan,Japan, Canada and Cali, I think the milk tea at 8 Degrees has good flavor😋 liked their cups and the lid too. I’d definitely come back here if I visit Iowa next time!"

"I tried the Lava Tea and It was perfect. The boba was chewy and just delicious. They have a fairly large menu with different offerings, including some snacks. Prices are fair and I hope they are able to keep them. Will for sure come back and try other flavors."

"Des Moines is slowing getting there with bubble tea. Not quite the west or east yet, but definitely not bad for Iowa standards. Very clean and offers a wide variety of drinks. Reasonably priced and taste great. My only qualm was that it felt like my drink was gone instantly as I felt like it was heavy on ice. If you have peanut allergies, probably try something else as everything is pretty much out there. Overall, great!"

"cute boba shop next to Drake, very convenient! -milk tea isn’t great -fruit tea is yummy, it’s more tea flavor than syrup which i appreciate a lot! they even have chunks of fruit in it which is great -matcha latte is decent as well -ALSO: i heard they started doing ice cream again! -cute atmosphere w/ loud, vibey music -self order kiosks make ordering very convenient -I come here more than I would like to admit. what I got: • peach black tea with pearls ($7.16)"

"This is a good place when you’re looking for a place to chill and catch up with your fiends. There are plenty of seats and some board game that you could use! It’s really clean here too ! They serve ice cream and bubble tea here. If you love bubble tea, they do have a reward program that you can join and get free bubble tea after a certain purchase. The design of the bubble tea cup is adorable (the lid of the cup is a shake of panda) and you get to keep them ! The server was really nice and friendly. It doesn’t take too long to get your order too. My favorite so far is their match bubble tea with match boba!! Give it a try. There’s limited parking at the front of the restaurant. It wasn’t super crowded during evening time when we were there."
