from Google"Is dog friendly but no heated patio our daughters tried to get a table outside (30 degrees) they laughed but we were on vacation mode used to the warmth. The dogs stayed in the car. Small lunch menu but I was a fan of most their burger looked so good online I had to try.my girl a salad, my daughter a salad. Double check with kids if they know what an anchovy is I laughed so hard at her expression! She claims she thought they said artichoke either way hilarious. Food was great drinks were good. Great location"
"I liked every thing I had here. I could eat 5 orders of the fries. Steak was surprisingly tasty despite this not being a steakhouse. I wasn’t expecting caviar chicken nuggets on the menu, but they did it. I’d come back and try the burger."
"I went to Clyde’s in Des Moines for dinner and wow, the drinks were amazing and the burger was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Totally nailed it. But… about that “kale salad.” I was so excited to order it (because who doesn’t love a good kale salad?), and what showed up was definitely not kale… it was spring mix. I asked the server just to be sure, and she confirmed that, yep, that’s their kale salad. So apparently “kale” means “spring mix” now? Kind of confusing. It definitely took some of the shine off an otherwise great meal. Everything else was fantastic, though, and I’d absolutely come back, hopefully next time for an actual kale salad! EDIT: In response to the reply - spring mix is a “pre-packaged salad blend of various young, tender baby leaves”. Therefore, a variety of baby kale falls into the category of spring mix. For example, I ordered a kale salad at another restaurant last night and it was “regular kale” as expected. I recommend updating the name and/or description of your salad to avoid confusion or disappointment from other kale lovers like me!"
"Great atmosphere and service. The brussel sprouts were ridiculously good, and I legit do not like them normally. The fries were delicious. The burger was good. I think what kept it from being great was the bun. It had the texture of an Aldi's brioche bun. Drinks were a bit too funky for my taste."
"Bougie. Dill wings starter (15 for 6)was very good. High Low and in between (Old Fashion - 15) CFD Burger was good. Salad was OK. Dressing wasn't to my taste. Would try Ceasar instead. Beware, they charge a 3% restaurant fee."
