"At 4 AM in the morning it’s tough to get a smile here(3 out of 4 were smiling). Coffee was a nice drinking temperature and tasty."

"Firstly, the girl at the register was miserable! Mumbling instead of greeting ! Then I asked for a receipt and she said it would take 10 minutes to go get receipt paper. Ok....then she came back with receipt paper but proceeded to do other things and never gave me the receipt. Why would she not think that some people going through the airport would not need receipts? They are on business and have to have receipts for what they purchase, like me ! If you're not happy with your job, go get another one. But that's a bad way to deal with the public. And I've dealt with the public in previous jobs and I would never look that miserable. The food was good though"

"My experience was less than thrilling. 4 employees standing around a trash can, no one washed their hands as they shifted back and forth making coffees and changing the garbage. Cashier was as personable as a brick wall as she mumbled nothing but my total, without ringing anything up or actually taking a coffee order (I had an ala carte item in my hand). Once I convinced her to allow me to order coffee she took out what must have been her life's frustrations on my card as she forcefully swiped it a half dozen times. My goodbye was as thorough as my hello and completely non-existent. When receiving my coffee I was told "this must be yours" and she set it down and went back to socializing. Don't expect much, but you'll still be disappointed."

"I have been to this coffee shop 2 times in the last 2 weeks when traveling. Both times I received cold coffee. I asked for hot coffee. It was so disappointing. I had to go to the gift store next door to microwave my coffee. Terrible service!"

"Arrived at the airport at 04:30 in the morning after 2.5 hours sleep. A delicious cappuccino would have made the day start off well, but that’s not what we got! We ordered “2 cappuccinos extra hot”. What we were given were two cold coffees, with lumps at the bottom. I went straight to my gate in this tiny airport, to finish my last sip. It was so cold I was basically done before I even sat down. So disappointing. We go through this airport a LOT. I don’t recommend getting coffee here, go to the restaurants instead. They only got 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option."
