"Visited for early dinner and drinks on a weekday. We sat at the bar and Angie was our server/bartender. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was training as a bartender and did a perfect job on our drinks and the food was really good. The bao buns were fresh and soft, we will be back for the Pho special but everything coming out of the kitchen looked like I would enjoy it."

"Service was awful. There was no one there besides myself, my fiancée, the cook, and our server. Our server was terrible—she sat on her phone the entire time and only asked once if we needed anything. She seemed completely uninterested and didn’t care at all. When our food finally arrived 30 minutes later, I told her I wouldn’t be eating the ranch because it was not buttermilk—it was store-bought trash. They charge for anything extra, so I made it clear I would not be paying for it. She then told me she would have to pay for it herself. I don’t know what kind of place makes employees pay for items, but that is absolutely not something you tell customers. She was rude and snippy. We then waited another 20 minutes for our check while she continued to sit on her phone. The food was amazing. If I could have tipped the cook directly, I would have."

"I ordered wings with a side of broccoli & fries. The wings were "fresh" which simply means unseasoned chicken. How is a restaurant who serves unseasoned chicken still in business?!? The wing sauce was terrible. I had to thank God I had wing sauce in the fridge & I tasted the sauce before mixing my wings in it. The broccoli was undercooked, garnished with cheese that wasn't melted, & also had no adequate seasoning. I just threw it away. I have 0 complaints about the fries. It was good the food was still hot when delivered, but I expected as much living 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Vibes Kitchen & Bar is not worth the price & didn't meet the vibe check 😫😫😫. They didn't come close. 0 stars."
