from Google"A very nice ice cream shop with lots of flavors. The classics along with many unique options. I couldn’t decide and got birthday cake and “fat Elvis” for my two scoops. Toppings and waffle cones are available for an additional cost. Only indoor seating available."
"This is a Dubuque hidden gem. A bit $$$, but SO worth every single penny!! The store is so warm, inviting, welcoming and ridiculously clean and spotless. The seating is well thought out and nicely laid out. No one is sitting in someone else's lap, U aren't getting elbowed by another person as the sit down or leave. The service is always exceptional. No matter how busy they are, they are always kind, considerate, helpful, friendly and courteous. The ice cream...phenomenal. And SO many flavors 2 choose from!! One just as delicious, if not more so, than the previous. I can't say enough great things about this business. I'd literally B the size of a barn if I worked there. All I can say is that I'm, at once, sad and grateful that we live 20 minutes away from this treasure. Not only would I B broke, I'd also have diabetes and weigh on the north side of at least 300#!!!! Update: While I'll ABSOLUTELY NEVER have a negative word to dish out on their employees, their ice cream selections or the cleanliness of the store, I would B terribly remiss if I didn't vocalize my absolute disdain 4 the bottom wrappers that they put on all the various types of cones. U literally need 2 B an either an engineer or a microsurgeon 2 get those bloody things off without crushing your favorite type of cone. I don't know what kind of glue those manufacturers use, but they could do with about 60%less glue, and the cones would still B safe. Plus, I'm positive they'd see a bigger profit almost instantly with the $$ they'd B saving by cutting back on the amount of glue. It literally takes a person ar least a bare minimum of 90 seconds 2 get those wrappers off. And even then, they still tear apart leaving little ripped up, bedraggled chunks here and there. And if all that wasn't enough, the paper covers will then leave some of the sticky glue that they use to put said covers on your cones. I just wish that their cone covers were half as easy to remove as the ones DQ uses."
"This is an adorable ice cream shop. I highly recommend it. We are staying next door at Hotel Julien. Decided to go get ice cream after dinner. The two young ladies are hard working and covered a crowd. The ice cream was excellent and they got our order out fast. The atmosphere is very cute. Perfect experience! Go here or you’ll miss out!"
"Very friendly staff. The ice cream was delicious. I have a hard time finding places with dairy free options. What do you know , they had 2 dairy free ice cream options and sherbet . I had chocolate chip cookie dairy free ice cream, it was delicious 😋"
"Ice cream is absolutely delicious! However staff is another story. Was there a few weeks ago and the male server had such a sour look on his face. Looked like we were bothering him. Did not crack one smile or give us a friendly greeting. Did not plan on returning after such poor attitude from him. But had some friends that wanted to try it the other day so I agreed. Different male staff member wasn't super friendly either. The female employee had really long hair that looked greasy and not tied back. While digging out my icecream her hair was hanging over all the ice cream in the case.So disgusting. Did not want to embarrass her because place full of customers so I didn't say any thing. Wish i would have because how many times has her hair been over all or in the icecream. Who doesn't insist employees tie back their hair??Did not eat the icecream either. Dumped it because of her dirty hair hanging over it. Never going back."
