"I was really shocked to find a Culver's in Iowa. I thought it was a Wisconsin and Denver thing. The cashier typed in our number wrong so the poor kid was wandering around forever looking for us. The bun on my burger felt like it came out of the fridge. My cheese was half off my burger and I had one huge chunk of onion. The burger was Luke warm and so were the onion rings. Really disappointed in Iowa Culver's. This was at about 8 pm and I'd been up since 4am so I just ate it and left. They also didn't have enough iced tea to fill my cup. So I had to put some sweet tea in it and I'm sure my blood sugar didn't like that."

"I’ve always had incredible service here. Tonight I waited over an hour for our food because they gave ours to someone else. They didn’t even care. Meanwhile I have a 3 year old that has a bedtime and I promised ice cream. I told the manager, Penny, and she brushed me off. Didn’t care or listen. Other customers cared more than the staff did! Typically, I rate Culver’s a 5, but tonight with Penny as management I rate it less than one."
