"Stopped at Sunshine Family Restaurant for lunch on a road trip and it was a great, easy stop. We were seated right away in a booth and offered a booster for our toddler. Food came out quickly and portions were generous. For the price, the food was good and exactly what we wanted on a travel day. It was simple, affordable, and felt at least partially homemade. Everything was clean, including the restroom. Family-friendly without being chaotic, and a solid place to stop if you are passing through."

"It's a very popular spot on a Sunday morning! Service was very fast even though every booth and table were full! Our server said there were 7 cooks in the back. Generous portions and friendly staff. As a side note, if you order your meal with onions, we noticed there were a lot, almost to many for our taste....and we like onions. 😀"

"The food was tasty and our server was very nice. The dinner we ordered had a huge portion of meat and was served with a vegetable and fries. My husband couldn't eat it all. My sandwich was good as well. It was a homey atmosphere and the servers seemed to know a lot of their patrons by name. I was glad we stumbled across it. If we are ever in the area again we will probably go back."

"It was our first time visiting this restaurant. It was so good, even my boyfriend gave it high praises, which he rarely does. His biscuit and gravy got high praises. In and out in 35 minutes for breakfast. Good service, foot and facilities."
