"I ordered a drink called The Sbowflake and added white chocolate. The only flavor you could clearly taste was the white chocolate. The drink tasted like freezer burnt vanilla ice cream. Also, the drink was supposed to have edible glitter and it did not. The only positive was that the workers were pleasant. I will not likely be back."

"This is a really good coffee shop. I ordered an iced coffee with a couple of pumps of almond & mocha syrup. The coffee was dark enough to not be overwhelmed by the syrup making it the perfect, not too sweet drink. We went on a Sunday and most have hit the "after church" rush so the drive-thru line was long!"

"their drinks are amazing so i love getting them, but today the customer service sent me over. the girl today in the drive thru immediately set us off as she was extremely rude over the intercom. we pull up to the window and not even a hello or hi just a straight "cash or card" i've truly never seen such horrible customer service ever. almost said something but didn't wanna make her day worse than it seemed to have been."
