"I placed an order for pickup and waited 20-30 minutes, since it was taking a while I called to check to see if it would be ready soon. They seemed like they weren’t aware of the order and didn’t start making it until we called. When I arrived to pickup the order I had to wait another 20 minutes. When I got the food, one of the burritos beef was burnt so bad that it was inedible. The beef was just charred and crispy. I ended up throwing it away."
