"The owner of this business is very unprofessional and rude. She thought it was appropriate to call a loyal customer and accuse her of harassment (according to her employees that were working at the time) for asking to remake some drinks for a DoorDash order that was accidentally dropped while carrying out the door to her vehicle. There was no harassment that took place, period. It was a desperate situation from a newbie DoorDash employee that was in a panic and didn’t know what to do to replace the DoorDash customers, so she looked for Black Pearl for assistance and was treated terrible, like was a criminal for asking to have the drink’s remade. What business owner calls a customer to yell and accuse them of harassment when they weren’t there and have zero evidence that this was a true statement? Just unacceptable behavior."

"I started coming here after a girl I work with introduced me to this place. I’m guilty to say I spend more on coffee & drinks now than I probably should. 😂 I’ve tried multiple of the lotus energy drinks, the cubanito, tigers eye. They have all been nothing but amazing every single time! The atmosphere is always great. The girls working are always friendly. Can we talk about how it’s woman ran too? LOVE THAT! 💪🏼💕 They also have this wall full of sticky notes. So fun to sit & read them all while waiting on your order.🥰 I haven’t had the chance to actually sit in here & enjoy my coffee but I’m going to sometime & I can’t wait because it really does have a great atmosphere. Great job to the owners & all the employees who keep this place so great."
