"Council Oak Tech Matt is a pro at what he does! Our machine at our coffee shop went completely down and he was in here first thing in the morning to fix it. He needed to order parts for my machine that he didn’t have in stock when he came to fix it, but he was able to get the machine temporarily running in the meantime while our parts arrived so that we could keep making coffee. Once the parts arrived Matt came out and installed everything and my machine is back to working like new! The whole team at Council Oak is amazing. I really appreciate that they were able to send Matt right away and Matt really does a great job at what he does, he is fast , friendly and prompt. His a great tech, and we were extremely satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend him!!!! The whole team at Council Oak made us feel like family since day one, when they came to install my new machine and now that they came out to fix my machine I felt like they cared and prioritized my call to get us in the schedule really fast, I am so glad we can work with them and have them as our main tech for our machine.
