"I paid for a monthly subscription for many years until they started sending me the same coffee over and over. I reached out almost two months ago to see if I could just get what I was paying for (a rotating subscription) and they never responded. Reached out again to tell them that I'd be canceling my subscription if I didn't get a word back from them.... They didn't, so I did. It made me really sad and disappointed as I really prefer to support local businesses, but why should they get any penny of my money when their customer service is non-existent."

"In town with Ragbrai and craving some good coffee, the lovely people at Ross St Roasting had samples of one of their amazing roasts to taste. Additionally I was able have a lovely conversation while i got my caffeine fix. Look these guys up, they ship!"

"The beans are outstanding - interesting varieties and origins, expertly roasted to bring out their best characteristics, fresh/shipped right after roasting (the "Brix Breaker" may be the best cup I've ever brewed - and the novelty factor of the almost comically large Pacamara beans is pretty great, too). On top of that, there is also a nicely curated selection of coffee gear - all good, useful, reasonably-priced stuff (the Baratza Encore I bought from RSR was less expensive than it would have been at Amazon, and I got it faster too!). Finally, the website is an entertaining read, with some really good info (hopefully Brian keeps updating the blog). It's a pleasant surprise to find a specialty coffee roaster of this caliber out here in small-town Iowa!"

"What a treat to find in Tama! Brian and his family are a delight. We chatted for a while and enjoyed the coffee! Brought home 2 bags and some espresso to CO and will return when we are visiting family in the area. If you love coffee, find his products. You will not be disappointed!"
