"Today my family and I were headed to a funeral for my grandmother. My wife ran in for a chai. I pumped gas, went in with my kids got doughnuts, and drinks in the gas station, and 20 mins later 1 chai wasn’t done. It’s ridiculous, my wife even said we need to get to a funeral, I’ll make it in a couple minutes the woman replied, it’s been 20 already! My wife walked out with no drink as she waited another 3-5 mins. This is so close to home love the coffee but the service needs a ton of improvements."
