"If I’m being honest; the continued frustration really makes me want to start pulling stars away — but, when I consider all the good (quality, service, flavor and selection…) I’m going to be fair and evaluate without being overly critical as to harm them with a bad review and hope this gets read and fuels some cognizant change. My chief complaint (which is SO SO SO VERY FRUSTRATING) is they constantly fill the cups WAY TOO full and I wish they’d stop doing that. It’s very difficult trying to get the straw into the drinks without having it come up and pool in the lid. It’s messy. It’s sticky. It’s rather inconvenient— but it happens all the time. I can’t speak for everyone, but I promise I will not be disappointed if there’s just a tad less drink in the cup in order to avoid this. Other than that — the place is great! I’m a frequent indulger (embarrassingly too much I would imagine) and I’ll keep going back. I really hope they consider the above and make the visit(s) just a bit more appealing. Thanks!"
