"I went to Smokey Row to get two peppermint shakes. I’ve had them plenty of times before from all different Smokey Rows. They’re usually around $6 and have whipped cream and crushed peppermint with a cherry on top. This Smokey Row charged me $8 for each shake and it was labeled as a “premium shake”. These shakes that we were given didn’t have either the whipped cream, peppermint, or cherry. They also didn’t ask if we wanted those things or not. It seems as though this shake was just made with ice cream and peppermint syrup. We were waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes and nobody else was in the drive through or inside. When we finally got our shakes they didn’t say anything about the wait and we had to ask for the receipt. Highly disappointed."

"I have been a regular customer for awhile now and have never encountered any problems. The food, coffee, and service has always been wonderful, until this week. Today I decided to treat myself and get not one but two coffees. One in the morning before my first job, and one this evening before my 12 hr shift at my second job. I ordered just fine. There was one car in front of me. I saw them pay and receive some items, I head the cashier say “and just a minute for the other stuff”. Fast forward 10+ minutes later and we’re all still sitting in the same spots. At that point I had to leave without my coffee, which I was really looking forward to. I understand that certain items take time, but if the cashiers know it’s going to be awhile they should have the person waiting pull forward. I had to leave without my coffee and I’m extremely disappointed. Additionally, earlier this week I ordered a To Go order of food and coffee at another location. I was given the order and told everything was good to go, only to go out and see half my order missing, I’m incredibly disappointed, I will not be returning and not recommending."

"This is a solid spot to sit and read or get some work done. The space is comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The drinks are consistently mid tier. Their signature Sunrise Bagel Sandwich, though, is a solid way to start the day. I’ll keep coming back for that while trying new drinks, still searching for a standout. If you’re looking for a cozy atmosphere with good food and kind service, this place delivers. Just don’t expect the best latte in town."

"Out of towners stopped in for a snack. My wife and I shared a blueberry muffin. Although the size of the muffin was really not big enough to share, the taste and flavor sure was. Good service and the store was new and clean."

"A cute coffee shop! They had an art contest the one weekend and there just seems to always be something going on. I really enjoy that they don't just serve coffee but have smoothies and shakes. The food is delicious the coffee is stellar and I love their lotus drinks combos!"
