"I’ve been here twice because the location closest to me won’t make my order because it’s a little more than an hour to close so then I come here and they never have an issue with my order. The employees are always very nice and my order ends up being great! I really appreciate them doing their job especially when I’ve been disappointed by another location."

"I frequent Smokey Row's and was so excited for this location to open near our home! However, my few experiences here have been very lack luster. I have tried to go through the drive-thru two different times on different days and no one buzzed through to help me. Even drove up to the window and sat there.. no one was around to even see me sitting there. The coffee I have ordered inside the coffee shop was made poorly and not up to standard of other Smokey Row's. I had to tell the woman working how to make it and what size it comes in. Seems like more training and vetting of employees needs to be done when opening all these new locations or business will be lost! I love this local coffee shop and hate to leave a bad review, but this has happened multiple times at this location. Management, please help your employees with their training and customer service!"
