"Sadly I can only give this place 4 stars because my iced latte had no ice and it wasn't cold. It also came in a paper cup. I thought that was odd. I do have a feeling this happened because the girls were busy. Other than that, the donut my daughter had was amazing. I have never had a freshly made donut. Now I know why there were so many people here. The decor was adorable. I loved seeing the ducks everywhere. I will definitely come back and give this place another try because of the donut alone."

"So if you're a sugar addict and you want to feed that need, Duck Donuts is a good option. Or if you are addicted to collecting rubber ducks, it's an equally good option. Duck Donuts has an unending supply of eye-wateringly sweet donuts to dazzle the young or just the young-at-heart. I suppose what sets them apart is that they don't just ice their donuts but they add toppings and drizzles so that you end up with a donut on steroids. They are too sweet for my personal taste but then I probably have less of sweet tooth than the average person living in this area. If you are visiting from out of two or especially from outside the country, be warned, you may go into sugar shock."

"Great donuts but the employees were on their phones the whole time. And when we needed help she just looked up and kept scrolling. The same Girl also was sitting on the counter where food is prepped. Only one of the three girls were actually working and when she asked for help the other two just looked at her and said it wasn’t their turn to make the donuts and kept messing around on their phones. She also was ordering food and completely ignoring all the customers."

"I've put in the work. Decades, probably. My arteries could write a memoir on the sheer volume of circular fried dough I've consumed. It would take more than a dozen hands to tally the number of establishments I've graced with my presence. This is the place! These are the donuts! This isn't your nice, oily Krispy Kreme imposter. And certainly not those cold, heavy monsters some people proudly carry out of Johnny O's. These donuts defy convention. If you try to argue, you're wrong. My years of tireless donut-shopping have concluded that perfection resides *here*. Their coffee donut is it. Go forth, and consume wisely."

"The restaurant is really cute and fun to visit. Lots of choices of flavors. They aren't the most amazing doughnuts, but they are certainly good. The two times I've gone its taken 20+ minutes to get a dozen doughnuts. I'll come back and try again, but not my go to place."
