"What a darling bakery! I initially needed a table for an hour between meetings, and thought I'd stop for a coffee and a cookie. I ended up leaving with two cookies, a cupcake and a gingerbread bar to share with the family (tis the season:)) because everything was so beautiful looking - and all were delicious! I got the snickerdoodle (perfection), the Better than Whatever cookie (verrryyy sweet but I'm a frosting fan so it worked for me), one of the chocolate / cream cheese cupcakes (decadent!) and the gingerbread bar (wow, loved, unique!). My americano was good too. The two ladies were delightful and provided excellent service. Will definitely return and highly recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic! I won't leave a review unless it is an absolutely fantastic over the mountain, home run, outta the park hit! I mean this place has great atmosphere, great staff, great owner 👍, and best of all the pastries 🍰 are the best; besides my own mother's pastries who was a wedding cake pastriere for manh years. That says a lot for me. I'm one myself but I only bake for special occasions and special people in my life. This place has made our Easter 2025 such a beautiful memory and even people who don't like sweets just were so impressed and said how yummy and delicious every cupcake and macaroons were! Macaroons are EXTREMELY hard to get right and The Cocoa Bean-Bakery gets it right and throughly impressed! Our Easter party was a huge happy hit! I gave the owner a creative license to do anything she wanted with just a little direction on what flavors or themes we wanted and she clearly hit a home-run! The owner is incredibly kind, funny, and just all around great! This place is a rare gem & makes Idaho Falls even more special! Once in a while a very special and talented person is born that brings such joy into the world. Every special gathering and even my birthday, I'm calling to make an order! My favorite flavors were the blueberry (like in the picture), chocolate, and the mint chocolate! Everyone loved mostly everything. Most of our guests knew this place and we're so thankful for the sweet treats. We're going to try their ice cream next time! We are so honored to know you all and have the best pastries in the world right here in Idaho Falls."

"Great local stop with all sorts of hot chocolates, specialty sweets, ice creams, and coffee! Macaroons are a rare treat, and the cookies look delicious. We liked the place so much that we came back 2 days in a row!"

"Taste great, fell in love with it when I first drank it, but the service is questionable. Came here 4 times and twice out of the 4 times my order was made wrong. 1st time was a miscommunication since it was our first time ordering, so I understand. At least they gave a replacement with the right order. 2nd time. My hazelnut cocoa frappe never had caramel topping after I got the same drink 5 times here and Rexburg, but this time they added caramel on it instead of chocolate. When I realized it, I asked them, and they said “Depends on who makes it.” They didn’t give me replacement and just added chocolate on top. It is not listed on the ingredients and I don’t understand how they could just add stuff as they like. What if I am allergic to caramel and all this time I’ve been fine because it never had caramel, but all of a sudden they added that to the drink and I didn’t realize it?! Better training for employees please."

"Nice clean bakery had some wonderful cupcakes and cookies. We got the macaroons and a larger delicious cookie. So good. Friendly service very nice not to busy on a Friday night. Highly recommended!"
