"I visit this coffee shop often. Lately the quality of the food has taken a turn for the worse. I have had biscuits and gravy with the bottom of the biscuit burned black and hard, more than once. Today I ordered the scrambled eggs and sausage breakfast. The staff misplaced my order and after 15 minutes I got up and asked about it. When I got the meal everything was horribly overcooked. The hash browns were chared black, the sausage was like rubber and the eggs had been cooked so long no moisture was left. Very hard scrambled and tasteless. I took 2 bites of everything, set it aside and left. How does anyone place a plate of food like this in front of a customer? Management needs to correct this. I won't be back."

"Lattes - solid. Food (killer tomato) - great! Wait time and price - not it. Paid about $30 for 2 lattes and 2 killer tomato bagels. Was waiting in drive thru for about 15-20 min and 1 person was in front of us."
