"We had a regular burger & a cheeseburger Gems & onion rings with fry sauce. A supper thick & chocolate shake. Yum. Loved it & it brought back so many great memories. We had Herby's Pac-Out in NorCal growing up. This was a great find."

"Came here religiously during 2021, food was great and the staff was very kind. Just left there today with good milkshakes and the worst chicken tenders I have ever seen. They looked like the ends I’d give to my dogs. The staff … the gentleman that took my money was grand. He was incredibly kind, made eye contact and gave me my milkshakes and my drink. He said they’d be right back with our order. Now the only thing that I can assume happened next was a miscommunication around expectations. The woman that threw open the order window tensely asked me “did you tender your order? Are you waiting for something else?” Really threw me off. I stammered out chicken and she handed me the bag and shut the window. No double check did we need anything else, no thank you, have a nice day. Just here. The chicken: undercooked and poorly butchered. No seasoning on anything. Bread in the basket was a grease sponge. Two star review: one star for the male staff member and one star for the milkshake."

"I have eaten here for a long time, so my review is long overdue. Hawkins Pac-Out is an awesome local fast food that does classic burger and fries combos very well with their own unique spin. The meal I order most is the Herbie Burger, two beef patties with all the classic toppings. Definitely a must try Boise location."
