"I spent over $60 for 3 cheeseburgers & fries all size medium, a fish and chips meal size large and 4 sodas. For a medium fry this is pathetic! I can pick up all the fries and hold them in one hand…as for a LARGE onion ring, I received 6 in total crispy nearly burnt onion rings in total. Does this mean a small comes with 2 onion rings, medium would have 4? This is absolutely ridiculous. I haven’t been here for about 2 years and decided tonight to try it again with hopes of filling my family’s bellies for the night. Instead I was completely ripped off. I called to speak to a manager and was told they are only available from 12-2pm during the week and to call back another day. DO NOT pay extra money for anything “extra” here because you will NOT get it. They’ll just take your money and give you a small either way."

"Worst food I've ever had.I went there order 2 burgers and onion rings and I thought I ordered fries but as a girl informed me when I called back after I got home, said. I did not order fries, but in the bag. It throws in some fries on the top of it and the sandwiches were drenched in Manny's so bad that they were soaked and couldn't even eat them. And the milkshakes, we got one had a hole in the side of it. So that by the time I got home, it was dripping and when I called to talk to the manager, they weren't there. So I called the next morning and the same girl that I talked to the night before answered and she goes I told you that she won't be in until later. She was rude to me . So when the manager finally called me, I tried to explain the situation, she told me if I brought back in the burgers that they could give me new ones that was last night and I threw him in the trash, she wanted me to dig him out of my trash can and bring him back which I thought was. Ridiculous and then told me that I probably poked a hole in the milkshake, which I told her no I worked in fast food and it was a rip in the cup from how she made them. And then the manager proceeded to get up on me and I called back and she said, don't ever call here again and hung up again and tell me she's not paying my taxes.I don't know what that meant, but rude food was horrible.We got five onion rings for $4.00. I told her I'd be telling people how I was treated and how the food was, and she said, go ahead and hung up very disappointed for a family owned business."

"We used to love Viking. Now its just overpriced mediocre food. This is all the fries in a medium."

"Used to be pretty good when the owner still worked here. Tuesday came by at 6:00 pm and it was closed. Viking used to grill the, then good quality, buns and used decent burger. Lately quality and effort have been pretty sporadic."
