"I usually stop in about twice a month because the drinks are usually pretty good but you never know how the service will be. Sometimes it’s ok other times it is awful and is almost rude. Usually I get blended or iced drinks but wanted something hot and when it came out the drink was not even filled. It was missing about 3 inches. The barista clearly did not want to make the drinks after informing me that she was closing (in 40 minutes) and did I still want her to make the two drinks. She rudely handed the drinks after making them. I asked for a straw she ignored me and never came back she just went to talk to someone else. Other times the staff just doesn’t seem friendly just strictly business."
