"Was there this morning to get a couple of blended drinks. Was told they didn't make any more. Asked politely why and was told very rudely that it was budget cuts. So asked and received an iced coffee. When leaving I said to the two girls to have a good day and received dagger looks and no response from either of them. I will never patronize Big Blue again!"

Not sure if he’s homeless or suffering from mental illness, but he was rearranging the chairs and you complimented his shoes and I think you made his day. I’ll definitely be back. "This is the 3rd time I have been to the coffee stand in the last week, at least an hour or more before closing time, and I could not get a regular coffee. I was told that they clean the coffee machine so they can close at 3:30."
